WINTER WONDERLAND
On the 24th of November Battersea's first Ice Rink arrives in Battersea Park. For one week only at the Boules Area will be the location of Battersea’s Winter Wonderland sponsored by Asda Battersea.
Proceeds from the Ice Rink will be donated to The Devas Club, a young people’s centre based on Stormont Road Battersea.
Open to the public between 11 am and 9pm nightly this artificial ice rink will be open to 50 skaters at any one time. Tickets include hire charge for your skates and a one hour (including changing time) session on the rink
Throughout the week there will be various events in and around the rink including an ice hockey demonstration on Tuesday 25th from the Streatham Red Skins.
On the 26th November Lavender Hill will have a visit from Santa and a late night shopping event. With a large choice of bars, restaurants and shops in the area you can do your Christmas shopping, have a festive skate and stop for a bite to eat.
